'RiverCraftLoom originated from a humble aspiration: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. Launched by the Rossi kin in 1985, our small-scale, family-led pizzeria was grounded in recipes with a legacy of several generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, acquired her pizza-crafting skills across Italy, seeking knowledge from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the homeland of pizza. After her homecoming to the UK, replicating the essence of Italian pizza became her mission, adhering to age-old practices and the purest ingredients.
Our journey began with an unassuming space seating twelve patrons and has flourished into a cherished local mainstay; our dedication to excellence and genuineness persists undiminished. We maintain traditional wood-fired ovens, bake our dough from scratch each day, and only choose top-grade ingredients.
Still spearheaded by the 'RiverCraftLoom' family, with the succeeding Rossi generation at the helm, our enthusiastic crew holds fast to our roots. Even as modernities are welcomed, the essence of our enterprise endures: crafting sumptuous, true-to-heart pizza that unites patrons.
